ABOUT
The primary focus of The O'Hara Group's Home Management Services is to support you in maintaining your residence at its optimal level by sending you reminders every season and by being there to assist you with your checklist when you are not.
Our home management services provide much more than on-site monitoring; we bring peace of mind to owners who can be confident their home is receiving proper care and attention. Acting as the homeowner while you are away, we tend to the needs of each owner and home specifically.
We work closely with local plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, security companies, and many other vendors to correct any issues that arise during our regular home checks.
OUR SERVICES
Home Monitoring
We perform a thorough and routine inspection of your home inside and out paying close attention to areas of access such as windows and doors. During our inspection we flush toilets and run water to keep traps full and to prevent sewer gasses from entering into the home. With the changing of the seasons, we make sure thermostats are set appropriately and to your liking. During our consultation, we’ll put together a personalized checklist for your home specifically.
Vendor Coordination
In the instance we come across an issue during our inspection that requires an outside vendor, we coordinate and oversee the appointment relaying all information to you first. We have established many great working relationships with local vendors and have an extensive list of providers we highly recommend and use regularly. We are also happy to work with any vendor of your preference.
Concierge Services
We have an extensive list of concierge services we provide to meet your ordinary and extraordinary needs. We are here for you when you can’t be. Need your mail forwarded, pantry shelves stocked, vehicle maintained…. we can help with that!
